My former probation officer! She and her husband were USMC
How many names does this gal have? Katie Pellitier, Katie Theriault, Pamela Bondi...? They used information, stolen from my mom's file box, which i was cleared of entirely and the fbi sealed my record for a reason, and the fact that my mom's boyfriend abused my info to protect himself by titling the r.v.s in my name.

Here's something to think about, Levi and Ryan blamed Chris and Paul, but Chris and Paul blamed Levi and Ryan. However, when Chris and Ryan blamed Levi and Paul, and in turn, Levi and Paul blamed Chris and Ryan. Yet, no one ever mentioned Bradley or Josh's involvement. In fact, in front of two different police officers Ryan denied knowing Paul or anyone named Josh! And Levi also said he didn't know any one named Josh! They both are related to a Josh!!
The penny stolen from my desk was like this but solid gold and a proof, in mint condition. Griffin said Damienne stole it and the Articles of Incorporation, but she wasn't even there when the document went missing. She never even set foot in the new apartment. Her dad came to pick her up when we still lived in 180, before we moved to 160.

It was my last trio to Madawaska as a kid. I went up with Joe, Kristen, and Katherine. We stayed at the Gayeway Motel, for the duration of the Latham family reunion in Frenchville Maine. Then, Eddie drove me to my dad's house where they enjoyed cookies my grandmother, my mom's mother had baked almost a century ago. They were the last of the batch that my father had froze all those years. Or so my father thought. It was actually my mom and I that had baked the cookies, only a handful of years ago, but Eddie Jr had a tear rolling down his cheek as he munched and I didn't have the heart to tell them. When Edd left I asked my dad how he had preserved them all those years. He winked at me and said, they weren't really his grandmother's cookies, and they he thought I'd recognize the plastic tub I'd toted all the way to Madawaska, which had been the very thing that solidified in my mind that they were baked by mom and I. I asked why he had lied, and he thought for a moment, and said that he thought that it would be a good memory for Edd to have. He went on to say that lying is only malicious if done with I'll intent. That blew my mind, as he was always a very forward person.
I'm not sure that my dad was always honest, but when he gave his word, he always followed through. Mike Cowie had squandered many opportunities my father gave him to dablle in real estate using my portfolio. He always claimed we stood to make a sizeable profit and then somehow, it always fell through. That was why my dad had stopped going to visit and no longer returned their calls. Mike Cowie had no decorum and not a lick of business sense. He only wanted to get rich quick, using my dad's assets, and mine, and that was why my dad had to cut him off.
My dad was possibly the most successful business man ever. Surely, the most successful immigrant to come to this country with nothing and build a vast fortune. Eclipsing the top ten of Forbes top 40 combined!! He collected US currency to show his patriotism, and Canadian to remind him of his heritage. He had 10 of the most valuable drawings I've ever seen, and HELD. My fingerprints are on the Audoban originals!!! Every last one, on the edges, the left and right margins!! Drakes was one of the ten. Mallards and drakes, and loons on another.

P.S.S.
Paul's Stw1ockholm Syndrome is acute and the symptoms related to this new sub-type of the affliction are numerous. They manifest themselves as a result of an extreme sense of being out of place, regardless of the location or surroundings. This is a direct result in being adopted at birth, and longing for the home, that they never knew. The patient expresses imprisonment when they appear, and as far as we can tell, they are not being held without their consent. This also, manifests itself in their bully reaction sequence, where they find their ability to reason does little to assuage physicality and aggression. Another interesting thing, is how often they find themselves at the state of suicidal ideation. It begs the question, what is it that
Furthermore, knowing that returning home is not even a viable option, as their exists no familiar home for him to ever hope to return to, makes the patient feel like an actual space alien.
Alienated, persecuted, targeted, and tortured are my companions. If it Nas Ha ha ha ha

When I got picked up on a traffic warrant, back in 2000. My friends broke into the home rented by my mom and Dave on Linden and someone got my car out of impound. They also, took Dave's box of money from the office where it had been locked in. 2-3M in cold hard banded cash.
Luigi confessed that my ex, his current boyfriend, Mr Jaime Smedes, had convinced him to turn it into the police to avoid charges being filed upon discovery. They did so knowing Dave and my mom were on an extended trip and wouldn't return for months, (why didn't they pay my cash-only 3500 dollar bond)? Jaime was practically a broker, so he probably produced evidence of him having "X" amount of cash on hand, and they released it right back over to him. He moved to Hawaii some time after.
I don't know, but I suspect this was after Luigi had to replace the windshield of my car, secretly. To this day, I know not what for. My windshield was perfectly fine. Not a scratch on it. A lot can happen in 9 days while you're in County Jail.
He left the receipt with his debit card info for the windshield replacement in the glove compartment.
91 vtech acura integra sedan with a spoiler, matte gray. Flip up headlights, lowered body.
The money was why Dave took the hit out on me, but I never even knew that was the catalyst. I didn't evem know it had been stolen until 6 months down the road when I found the receipt from the autoshop and begged Brooke led with to just level with me. She said she had wrecked the car, (no license, never drove a vehicle in her life and was timid about the thought of it), and Luigi had taken the money, but when I asked her to describe the accident she got real quiet. How does one ruin a windshield with not a scratch of body damage? Although, my hood looked convex slightly. Bowed out slightly in the middle. But I didn't see any marks where it had been reshaped or anything. There was some brownish dried liquid in the vent on the passenger side exterior where the hood and windshield met. And the passenger headlight stuck open sometimes. Which, it never had before.
How had they gotten my car out of impound when they only release the vehicle to the registered and insured owner? I know that they are super strict on that one, as I had to pick up my vehicle there once or twice before that. For parking illegally. What sort of city uses parking meters at night? And they only let you park 2 hours max? That's just money hungry. Glad I never lived in Hartford... not with a car at least.
Dave took the car and sold it, because of the missing box of money. Lost my job, as a preschool teacher cuz i had no way to commute. I had to walk, to court, in 18 inches of snow, only for yet another continuance. 12 all together, when I was pleading down to a misdemeanor. How efficient is that? I asked the judge what the hold up was, when I'd been offered the plea and signed on my first appearance out of handcuffs. He sentenced me on my next visit.
100 hours community service and driver reeducation training. Pretty harsh for my first charge. Traffic court is celebrated from criminal court though, so it was just a single point on my license which dropped off upon completion of the terms of my sentence. They evem quashed the misdemeanor when I returned with Mty proof of community service, 5 years past the 1 year window given. Had to pay 60 bucks to reopen the docket and the prosecutor laughed and said it was the most honest thing he'd seen in a Ling time.
Sidenote: my roomie who leaves dog fold out around the clock and let's the dishes pile up a day or two or three while proclaiming she's about to do them, thinks that hot tap water kills cockroaches. Yet, she can't figure out why we can't get rid of them entirely. Seems like someone with a good grasp on unreality, right? Don't try and convince her of otherwise though, she'll cut you down and get all riled up about it. I think her eyesight is starting to diminish and she likes screaming bloody murder and banging on the counter repeatedly, while 'drowning' them down the drain with tepid water. Gives her every reason to do the same whenever she's awake and I'm trying to sleep.

After a six month investigation the detective, from the Aizona Lottery, said that he had been able to determine that it was in fact Ainsley that cashed my winning lottery ticket all those years ago. Unfortunately, no ties to the Green family prior to the Starr Pass development could be uncovered.

KYLE FORD IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS A INVESTIGATOR WHO WORKED FOR A MORGAN AND MORGAN, AFTER I INQUIRED TO ONE OF THE LEADING FCA qui tam firms in the country. He already knew details of my case, filed under the seal of the Court, and when I googled his Florida phone number it found a LinkedIn profile claiming he was a 40 veteran of the FBI who was on a fraud task force of some kind. He also claimed to have worked for a district attorney, an Attorney General, and that he was a veteran of the USMC.Tuesday, April 1, 2025
Paul Michael Gardner
Was all of our drug dealers back then, and we all were using, despite Ryan claiming to despise drug users. Or perhaps, in spite of that fact.
He had a way of eliciting the support of a vast network of his consumers, that was kind of amazing to watch. He would simply say what it was that he required and several people would clammour over each other trying to be the one to give him what he needed, so that he would give them what they wanted and oftenmran short on being able to afford.
I know that nice gal Meridith from NAPPA auto parts could help fill in some of the missing context. I think I'll reach out to her.
The Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that property owners have the ability to clear liens on their property even if they have an unpaid debt.
The case involves a couple in Pinal County who entered into an agreement with Tang Investment Company to make semi-annual, interest-only payments on a piece of property. The couple reportedly made payments for one year and then stopped.
Tang failed to initiate foreclosure proceedings or any action regarding the unpaid debt. The couple later sought to clear up the title since the six-year statute of limitations for taking action on the debt had passed.
The investment company argued the property's lien would actually not expire until 2057.
The Supreme Court decided to review the case to provide clarity on conflicting laws pertaining to these types of property issues.
In a ruling released Monday, the court's justices ultimately sided with the property owners and determined that the statute of limitations should be applied.
"Tang failed to commence a trustee’s sale or foreclose on the property within six years of the (plaintiffs') default and is now time-barred from taking such actions," the ruling states.
The high court reversed the superior court’s judgment in favor of Tang
