When the FBI exhonerated me and nullified the agreement and sealed my record, I was very specific in asking what that meant amd how they planned to enforce their promise to me that my money would never be notebooked away from me ever again.
Basically, when the FBI exonerates a person, it isn't of one crime. It's full immunity.
