The worst part is, all the people who are supposed to support me and be sympathetic to my cause just because they're in  my inner circle and those are the people who are supposed to be in your corner, every single one of them, chose to give me the shift, just so they didn't have to admit to what they'd done. 

If it were my gang, I'd have elected a pretend supporter, to be a double agent of sorts.  I bet Levi would too if it were up to him. Someone better qualified than say... my roommate. Yall really do have different ways of thinking out in these podunk towns. 

Like, "stole it fair and square".  What kind of kingpin con-man came up with that one?  I never heard a more ridiculous turn of phrase. Ya still stole it.
