Paul Gardner confessed to me that he and Anuli hijacked multiple people using Jake Tiggs badge, before he even began his career as a federal Marshal. They robbed drug dealers and people they knew had valuables and cash in hand. They knocked off a couple dozen locations in a single weekend. 

Dave described the “federal marshal” as a buxom Latina, decked out in designer clothes, wearing the shield around her neck on a dog tag like chain, wearing high heels with red bottoms, Oscar de la Rentaes. 

He also described the vehicle, a silver hatchback, possibly a civic with a loud exhaust. 

Michelle drove a silver Civic with a loud exhaust and described rolling up on an older couple and loading up one of their campers on a flatbed, towing another and driving off in the couple’s white Buick. Likely a Roadmaster. She said she stayed in the car.
