The FBI already exonerated me on those charges. They found that I was being framed by those that ended up with my money. That was why my record was sealed.

It was my mom’s pink file box that contained the information used against me.  I had since passed an FBI background check to get a fingerprint clearance card to be a preschool teacher in Connecticut.  

You used outdated information to pull notebook after notebook on me, when I didn’t even do anything wrong. You turned my family against me. You even turned my own father against me. 

I have never had sex with a woman of any age, period. 

Ms Green, the former A.D.A. of Pima County was assigned to my private case spearheaded by the Attorney General Janet Napalitano. It was a huge case against EthicsPoint and Circle K. It should have been a slam dunk. Then, I moved back to Connecticut and when I tried to contact Nicole, I was told she unexpectedly resigned. 

They had someone on the inside working at the Clerk’s office and they had Rex Scott in their pocket as well. 

Ms Green was also the prosecutor assigned to my HIPPA case against the City of Tucson. Two major lawsuits, that I never saw a penny of. 

Meanwhile, Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell was in the process of being repealed and I brought a case against the DoD for EOE discrimination suffered at my high school career fair in the tenth grade. After an eight month investigation, both recruiters were court martialed and I was assigned a court appointed attorney, Mr Russell.  He informed me I was barred from the proceedings, that I could not request to vacate the case to a different court, and that there was no appeal process. Both recruiters admitted to what I alleged and I had seven eye witnesses, one of which was my teacher a retired officer. 

Therein lies the problem with notebooking, the accused isn’t even given the opportunity to defend themselves. There is no possible recourse.  It is really archaic and a mockery of our justice system.
