Mr Russel was appointed my counsel for the EOE discrimination case, for which I had seven eye witnesses including my teacher s retired officer and the admissions to my allegations of both recruiters from the two branches involved. 

He brought in outside counsel who represented me in front of the three panel court martial military tribunal without my knowledge or consent, from which he told me I was barred from the proceedings. I paced outside the courtroom all three days of the hearing.  

The two will be court martialed, if it is the last thing I do.  There will be consequences for what they did.  In military court, timeliness is not a factor.
